DIY Illustrations of Special Brackets

 

Metal curtain poles made in Taiwan.

Black highly-gloss painting brings out colors of the drape and the simpleness and neatness of interior design.

 

■Bracket size: suitable for poles of 28mm diameter, as illustrated.

■Bracket material：Zinc alloy, black painting.

■ Ceiling bracket parts: screws, plastic nylon anchors, hex key, hex socket cap screws.

■ Wall bracket parts：nails, plastic nylon anchors.

　

Steps of installing Blouk-Ceiling:

1. Confirm installation position, mark reference holes for drilling. Make sure they are all on a level. Drill at the reference holes, screw in plastic nylon anchors and fasten bracket chip with screws. 

2. Tighten bracket base to bracket chip the in clockwork direction.

3. Insert the curtain pole into the ring of bracket arm and screw with hex key to prevent it from falling.  
※ Length exposed outside the bracket can be adjusted based on aesthetic demands or space size.

4. After securely fixing the base and the pole. Insert bracket arm into the base.

5. Use hex key to screw tightly. Make sure both ends are securely locked to prevent it from falling.

6. Installation complete.

Steps of installing Buloo：

1.  Confirm installation position and mark reference holes to fix support bracket. Make sure that they are leveled. Drill at the reference holes and plastic nylon anchors are nailed to the holes. Fix brackets with screws.
※ The opening of arc-shaped supporting chip should be upward. The black screw for fixing needs to face the constructor.  

2. Place curtain pole into the wall bracket and fasten the screw at the front to prevent from falling.

3. Installation complete.
