Freight delivery/postal parcel/face-to-face pickup
For orders placed within Taiwan proper, free shipping is available for orders totaling NT$1000 or more (excluding oversized items and remote areas).
For ready-made products that are already in stock, shipment will be arranged within 1 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving the order; for customized products, it will take 5 to 14 business days to schedule production, and we will contact you for shipment after the quality inspection is completed.
Outer islands/International delivery

Samples will be sent by registered mail and will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive (excluding holidays). Free sample shipping is only available to Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. Overseas samples will require the customer to pay for shipping.

Consumers have the right to cancel and return goods at any time during the seven-day cooling-off period when shopping online, but this does not apply to customized products.
Custom-made curtains, pre-cut curtain rods, and height-adjusted sheer curtains are all custom-made products (made, cut, and modified according to each customer's required window size). Once the product has been cut or used, making it impossible to restore it to its original appearance, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
For any other issues such as product defects or missing parts, please contact customer service directly. We will replace the product with a new one or send the missing parts as soon as possible.
