Nordic style living room curtains: sheer curtains that allow light in but not to see through.
A living room with two large windows offers a rare opportunity for natural light. However, it would be a waste to completely block out the light with blackout curtains in the urban jungle. So how can we strike a balance between the dilemma of natural light and privacy?
Light passes through but not through peopleThese curtains are recommended for those of you with this problem! They allow light to pass through during the day while softening it and maintaining indoor privacy, making your living space more pleasant.
A large, open cabinet with sharp angles makes storage more convenient, but if there are too many straight lines in the space, it may feel rigid and stiff.
It is recommended to pair the space with furniture and accessories featuring rounded curves, and curtains with winding drapery can also be used to soften the overall lines of the space.
The sheer curtain style allows light to pass through but not people, with a finer weave and slightly thicker fabric to achieve the effect of blocking shadows while also gently filtering out the bright sunlight, allowing bright light to fall into the room.

Japanese-style study curtain style: Morandi-colored wooden Venetian blinds
As a corner of the home for relaxation and rejuvenation, the study is presented in a more Japanese style.
Most of the floor in the room is covered with tatami mats, allowing you to enjoy the natural feel of walking barefoot on the rush mats, and you can also lie down and take a nap when you get tired.
The fragrance of tatami plants permeates the air, allowing you to relax your senses of touch, sight, and smell.
The study's color scheme is mainly composed of low-saturation Morandi earth tones such as ash and beige, without any eye-catching or stimulating colors. The elegant gray tones make the overall atmosphere more stable and serene.
The sliding door wooden system cabinet is like a modern version of the "oshiirire" (closet) commonly found in old Japanese houses. The all-white cabinet design echoes the color scheme of the space, and the sliding door saves space and prevents scratches on the tatami mats when opening and closing the door.

To echo the natural materials of the tatami mat, matte wooden Venetian blinds were chosen for the curtains. These blinds not only provide ventilation, light control, and privacy, but the matte finish of the blades also gives the window a calm and gentle feel.
Upon closer inspection, you'll notice that the slats of the Venetian blinds are gray on the front and white on the sides. Matte Venetian blinds are available in two-tone styles, a subtle and playful touch that keeps the space simple yet exquisitely charming.
