Custom-made door curtains can be made in just four simple steps.
1. Confirm the custom dimensions of the printed door curtain.
Custom sizes are available up to 148cm wide and 630cm high (Japanese-style curtains are limited to a width of 145cm or less).

II. Choose the desired curtain style
Fabric:
→ Blackout sandwich fabric (blackout fabric with a black mesh sandwiched in the middle, with a smooth and delicate surface)
→ Semi-transparent canvas (a multi-functional fabric made of 100% polyester fiber, which is water-repellent, breathable, mildew-resistant and durable)
Curtain surface:
→ Standard door curtain (one-piece fabric)
→ Japanese-style door curtain (center-parted fabric, left and right fabric pieces joined together, top seam fixed 30cm)
Cloth scraps:
→ Back strap style fabric scrap (on the top front, the stitching marks of the strap folds are faintly visible).
→ Suspender-style fabric (custom sizes refer to the entire fabric surface, excluding the 10cm height of the suspenders)

III. Prepare curtain printing files
A 150dpi JPG file is preferred, with an AI file attached if desired.
1. The dimensions of the file must match the dimensions of the finished product; no additional bleed is required on the sides.
2. CMYK color settings are preferred. RGB may cause color differences during printing.

[Suspender Fabric] The suspenders/hoops will automatically extend the background color during fabric creation; no separate image file is required.
[Japanese-style curtain design] Two images are required, each cut in half from the total width. The file names must indicate "left" and "right".
■ Very small text may become blurry due to the fabric fibers. Please note that the maximum size for Chinese text is approximately 0.5cm, and for English text it is approximately 0.3cm.
■ Slight errors may occur in the dimensions after sewing.
■ If you require file size adjustments, an additional art plate-making fee will apply (insufficient file resolution will affect the final printing quality). We do not offer services such as formatting, color adjustments, or layout changes.
■ All text, images, files, descriptions, and other materials used in this customized service must be created by you or obtained legally from others. You have the legal right to use the materials.
