One-year warranty information for the product

For online shopping and home delivery, please check the contents of the goods as soon as possible after receiving the package. For on-site service, the installation will be inspected and confirmed to be undamaged upon completion.
For malfunctions not caused by human error, a one-year free product warranty is provided. After the warranty period, repair or parts costs will be charged as appropriate.

Drapery Hook Installation Instructions:

1. Curtain: Cut off any unused curtain straps. The narrower segments of the white ribbon will be the insertion points for the crochet hook. Use three narrow segments per hook.

1. Sheer fabric: The horizontal transparent segments on the ribbon that mark the insertion points for the crochet hook. Five segments are used per crochet hook.
■ Starting from the left and right ends of the fabric, evenly distribute the crochet hook positions to prevent the fabric from drooping when hanging.

2. Insert the left and right long hooks sequentially from bottom to top into the webbing segment to achieve the effect of folding the fabric.
■ One crochet hook will reduce the width of the fabric by approximately 7cm. If 7 crochet hooks are used, the folded fabric width will be approximately 50cm less than the flat fabric width. 

3. Installation complete

■ The illustration shows the product being used with Zolun-Hook curtain rings.
■ Moderate ironing can be applied to achieve a more pronounced fabric fold effect.
